Industrial Park
The Port's industrial facilities include a 25 acre tract on the Delcambre
Canal south of Delcambre. Existing facilities are leased to Shaw Global Energy Services, Inc. who employs 125 at the site. A industrial slip provides for loadouts of modules and other pre-fabricated structures.
The Port presently owns an additional 7 acres with waterfront access and has acquired a Memorandum of Understanding from surrounding property owners for purchase of property for port expansion.
